Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "plusph11," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the plusph11 online gaming platform accessible at plusph11.club.
- "Platform" means the plusph11 website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the plusph11 Platform.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the plusph11 Platform.
- "Real Money Games" means any game or activity on the Platform that involves wagering of real currency, including Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer โ the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the plusph11 Platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the plusph11 Platform and close your account if one has been created.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plusph11. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility
To register and use the plusph11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing Real Money Games on the Platform.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of plusph11, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by plusph11 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
- You must not have had a previous plusph11 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms &
Conditions.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.
Age Verification: plusph11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
plusph11 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet or maintain any of the above requirements.

Account Registration
To access Real Money Games on the plusph11 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one plusph11 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you.
- KYC Verification: plusph11 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You must complete the KYC process before making withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Currency: All plusph11 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify plusph11 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
plusph11 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the plusph11 Platform:
- Accepted Payment Methods: plusph11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
- Prohibited Funding Sources: Deposits via credit cards are not accepted for gambling transactions in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the plusph11 Platform.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is โฑ100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
- Withdrawal Verification: plusph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.
- Transaction Fees: plusph11 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which plusph11 accepts no responsibility.
All transactions on the plusph11 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). plusph11 is an informational and promotional platform โ actual gaming transactions occur on the regulated gaming platform linked to your account.

Bonuses & Promotions
plusph11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
- Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. plusph11 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- Abuse Prevention: plusph11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
- Withdrawal of Real Money: Where a player's account contains both real money and bonus funds, real money funds will be used first for wagering purposes unless otherwise specified.
plusph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players at the time of the change.

Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the plusph11 Platform are subject to the following rules and fairness standards:
- Certified RNG: All non-live casino games on the plusph11 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Live Casino Standards: Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game providers. All live games are monitored for compliance and fairness.
- Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, plusph11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player.
- Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is available in the game's information section. Actual results may vary from the theoretical RTP over any given session.
- Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by plusph11's gaming system shall be the definitive record of the transaction. Players may submit disputes to our customer support team within 30 days of the disputed event.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusph11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the Platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or games.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or plusph11 staff through any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
plusph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine law enforcement authorities. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Responsible Gaming
plusph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time reminders that will notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming activity.
- Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of up to 30 days at any time through the account settings or by contacting customer support.

Intellectual Property
All content on the plusph11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of plusph11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of plusph11.
- The plusph11 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of plusph11. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of plusph11.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to plusph11 regarding the Platform may be used by plusph11 without any obligation to compensate you.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
- plusph11 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
- plusph11 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- plusph11 is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet service failures that affect your ability to access the Platform or that result in the interruption of a gaming session.
- In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted, plusph11's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit plusph11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plusph11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Termination
plusph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting plusph11 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Amendments
plusph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the plusph11 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising between you and plusph11 in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to plusph11's customer support team for resolution. We are committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. You also retain the right to seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Internal complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
- plusph11 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
